I never really thought of the confederate flag as anything but a racial flag. But that was mainly because the impression of the racial bashing was all I was told that it was for.
I feel like the writers opinion is pretty influencial and informitive.

I can't believe this man, who is obviously pretending to be disabled for benefits, would lie about knocking this rock over. I think the state park should file a suit against him for defacing property.

They should definitely be charged with destruction of property as it was a rock formation.

1. I abstain from having an opinion on should they are charged; they are drops in a bucket according to the statistics heard all the time.
2. The difference between a misdemeanor and a felony is the time punished and where the imprisonment takes place.
3. Enough things are being done already to combat bullying.

This is a terrible thing. The world is a sad place.

People were protesting the government shutdown at the WWII memorial. This time they took down the fences and political leaders were speaking and trying to gain support for their cause. This time the political leaders were trying to gain support for themselves when they should just be trying to solve the problem in the senate.

National parks have always been funded by the US, and not by individual states and there is no reason to stop that now. It's not fair for states to be expected to do something that the US government has always been responsible for.

I'd like to see the Grand Canyon because it took millions of years to form and is one of the seven wonders of the world.

I believe that there is no need for the name to be changed. People may think it is a racist but I don't see it being a problem. They have had this team name for 50 some years now and it hasn't been a problem. So why is it a problem now?

1. That shows that our natioonal security is not that good due to the fact that a kid was able to due this.

2.  Yes because of all the airport security that you have to go through.
